Senior Living Community Holds Wellness Fair

With wellness comes the possibility of maintaining or even achieving greater independence. The team at Foulk Living in Wilmington, Delaware, is committed to providing everything residents could possibly need in order to live their best lives.

Late last month, the rental senior living community, which offers independent living, assisted living, memory care, rehabilitation, and skilled care, held a Wellness Fair. In addition to introducing its beautiful new fitness center, it featured Foulk Living’s registered dietitian, Susan Kreps, presenting “Health Eating for a Better You.” Synergy Integrated Health Center spoke about its services, including massage therapy, chiropractic care, spinal decompression, ChiroThin weight loss, acupuncture, etc. Foulk Living’s Director of Rehab, Karen Talley, described therapy and fitness services. The highlight of the event was when Foulk Living’s talented Chef Renee prepared a variety of healthy food and beverages for the guests to sample.
