Frequently Asked Questions

No. The independent living and assisted living residential options are private pay. Assisted living may also be covered by long-term care insurance, depending on your policy. The Health Care Center provides 24-hour nursing/long-term skilled care for private pay and has limited Medicaid bed availability due to its intimate size.

Short-term rehab is most often covered by Medicare or supplemental insurance coverage. See your case manager and our admissions personnel for more information on your benefits.

Independent living and assisted living are residential options that are not covered by health insurance or Medicare. However, assisted living may be covered by long-term care insurance, depending on your policy. Some policies may also include a long-term skilled nursing benefit. Otherwise, both levels of care are private pay. See your policy provider for more information. 

Yes, we thank you for your service and are pleased to offer a 5% reduction in the base monthly service fee for veterans only.
