With joy, friendship, and excitement, a Wilmington-based senior living community celebrated its bright new futures. Last week, Foulk Living, formerly known as Foulk Manor, held its brand launch parties for residents and staff. Foulk Living’s Block Party festivities included great food, fun games, activities, decorations, swag, and live entertainment.
With guidance from its new management company, Life Care Services™ (LCS), the community has been working since late last year to evolve its name and logo to set the stage for its bright and exciting future.
LCS has more than 50 years of experience managing senior living communities across the country. The Des Moines, Iowa-based organization provides operations, marketing, and sales management for Life Plan, stand-alone assisted living, memory care, and rental communities nationwide.
The new branding for Foulk Living, comes after months of collaboration between residents, staff, and leadership. “The community has a long-standing positive reputation. We are proud that we will preserve and enhance the essence of its high level of service,” said Micah Terry, regional marketing and sales specialist with LCS. “We have successfully integrated LCS Signature Experiences, designed to take the community to an even higher level of service.” These include Extraordinary Impressions®, LCS’s enhanced hospitality and customer service initiative, and Heartfelt Connections-A Memory Care Program™, LCS’s person-centered memory care program, a blueprint for raising the bar in senior safety by approaching the delivery of services in new ways.
In addition to incorporating the LCS Signature Experiences, the strengthening of the community will include refreshed living spaces, enhanced programming, and expanded clinical and marketing/sales support.
“The celebration is just the beginning of Foulk Living’s very bright future in the community,” said Terry.
