Foulk Living Senior Living Community in Wilmington, Delaware, Earns Christiana Care’s Top Honor for High Performing Partners Program

Foulk Living has added another honor to its collection of professional accolades. 

Foulk Living is a full-service, rental continuing care senior living community in Wilmington, Delaware. The retirement community is proud to announce it has been designated as a Platinum Level participant in Christiana Care’s High Performing Partners Program. This is the highest possible distinction available, and it was awarded in recognition of Foulk Living’s high-quality care and low rehospitalization rate. Foulk Living’s award designation will be included in Christiana Care’s patient choice letter, which is provided to patients at the hospital prior to their discharge to short-term post-acute care. 

Christiana Hospital in Newark has been named among the World’s Best Hospitals by Newsweek and the Best Regional Hospitals for the Philadelphia Metro Area by U.S. News and World Report. 

Foulk Living has been recognized as being among the Best Nursing Homes-Long Term Care in 2025 by U.S. News and World Report and the Best Memory Care and Best Independent Living in 2024 by U.S. News and World Report.
